A point-of-sale and management system running daily operations across more than 30 hotels in South Punjab — order taking, inventory, invoicing, and a manager dashboard built for real, multi-location restaurant operations.
At single-location scale, a restaurant can often get away with manual order tracking. Once an operation spans dozens of hotels, that breaks down fast — management needs a consistent view of income, best-selling dishes, and order status across every location, and staff at each site need a POS that's fast enough to use during a real dinner rush.
This system was built to handle both ends of that problem: a fast, simple POS for staff taking orders table-side, and a manager dashboard rolling up income, expenses, and sales trends across the whole operation.
This system was built for a hotel group operating across more than 30 locations in South Punjab — a client who needed one consistent tool running across every site, not a patchwork of manual tracking and spreadsheets.
A fast, visual menu interface for staff to build orders by item, with live subtotal, tax, and charges calculated as items are added.
A live view of all open and recent orders by table, guest count, and payment status (paid/unpaid), with full order detail and invoice printing per order.
A product management view with stock status, pricing, and quantity per item, including add/edit/delete controls for keeping the menu current across locations.
A dashboard breaking down total income and balance by category (Foodies, Cold Drinks, Others), daily selling trends, and a ranked best-dishes report — viewable by day, week, month, or year.
Rather than building a standalone POS per location with no shared reporting, the manager dashboard was designed from the start to aggregate income, expenses, and best-selling data — so a single hotel group running 30+ locations can see the whole operation, not just one site at a time.
The order-taking interface keeps the menu, cart, and total visible in one screen with minimal taps to add an item — because during a real rush, every extra screen or confirmation step is friction for staff actually using the system.
The dashboard was designed with multi-location oversight as the primary use case — income and expense breakdowns by category, daily trends, and a ranked best-dishes report are all structured so a group owner can assess performance across sites at a glance, not just drill into one location at a time.

The system is in active daily use across 30+ hotel locations in South Punjab — processing orders, tracking inventory, and rolling up sales data for management on an ongoing basis.
POS and management systems that need to scale across sites — not just one storefront — are exactly what this team builds.
